Why do we need frameworks?

Faworki needed in order to accelerate the writing of code and make something that is impossible to do in pure language , but let us consider for example JS. Have js framework is mocha , but mocha code is converted to js code and the result is actually something that can be done in pravicah can be done in pure js?

Yes, you are right. Frameworks are designed to speed up and most importantly, to simplify writing of code to change the style on the template, not to add to the language some new opportunities.
And, of course, they are written in JS, and all that is written in JS, can't be cooler than him.

frameworks need to accelerate the development, very much ready + teach to one style, you can immediately do the job: * knowledge of jQuery, yii, etc.
