How to build a project in MIPS Device running OpenWRT?

Good time of day.

Unfortunately, I'm very bad with C++ but I really need to build a simple program (like Hello world) running OpenWRT (mips architecture). Using the Eclipse development environment all worked out, set up the path to the "staging_dir/toolchain-mips_34kc_gcc-4.8-linaro_uClibc-0.9.33.2" and the program going successfully.

But I was wondering is it possible to set Device (IDE from JetBrains) to build on OpenWRT and how to do it ?! Work from Ubuntu.

And you can do for those who are in the tank as a Friend of Eklips, to compile under Openwrt?
