I do vido for 3 minutes. It comes out 42 gigs. In the end, all the players are shocked. Settings below in the pictures. Tell me how to do it?

It looks like you are racing without compression.
Put the h264 codec

Try changing the frame skip in the composition settings, most likely you have a very complex project so this weight is unavoidable or try changing the codec is also important

I didn't even have an Adobe decoder. I was rendering through a regular renderer
