Hello. Can you tell me whether it is possible to make such a setting and with what telephony is it possible to do this? We have two operators, for example 100 and 101. The client calls, the call is accepted by the operator 100 and the operator 101 should automatically connect to the call. So operator 101 cannot hear what operator 100 is saying, he can only hear what the client is saying. Is this realistic?

I haven't seen such a service from cloud providers.
But you can do it yourself on asterisk, often used to help novice managers.
