Hello.

There are two clients, two sites and two advertising companies. Google bans 1 company for similar ads. And at first everything was fine. Problems began when I wanted to transfer one company to an account without VAT.

The texts in the companies are different.
The keys are the same as the theme.
Domains are different.
The sites are different.

The sites are different.

Most likely already hanging automatic block on the domain itself. Recreating accounts will not solve the problem, you can on the contrary hurt. Solves only through correspondence with support.

Yep, the illiteracy of the support is brutal.

you had a clone beacon triggered, of course, for the repetition of the url, try a clean new one with the webpages on a different domain
Thanks for the reply!

Of course, I do not know whether it is normal or not, but such technical support I have not met anywhere else:

"Optimistic response" is an automatic response that you have broken the rules.
Alexei Denisov ,
So there's a blockage to bypass the system. I can't even imagine what can be changed there. Everything is about identical on the two accounts in the ad companies. The text is unique and the domain is different with the sites.

Rokis But sometimes you can find responsive managers. But sometimes there are responsive managers.
It's not a good idea to send one application after another, either, she said right here. You should at least change something in your account, wait for another rejection, and then file a new appeal.
A set of a new account with other contacts, domain, payment address and data should generally solve the problem if the topic is "white". But there are no guarantees.
VPS + new domain + new billing address + new billing data can help solve the problem? Or again to "attack" support until they do not give a clear answer?
Banned on VPS as well. But here maybe I was not too careful. On VPS was already another google account, which I registered on my computer + the landing was almost the same + card drawn on me, but I never refilled it. It is also possible that the sites are located on the same IP.

It seems that it is necessary to do all this specifically new and not from your computer, to cut off all possible connection. At least this time the ban was not instantaneous.
Alexei Denisov ,
I even had a client banned who decided to run his own advertising. Although we only crossed paths with him on the phone and Whatsapp. Google seems to have figured it out because of his visits to my web site.

So far I have not been able to solve the issue of maintaining two clients with the same theme in Google Ads.

Hardly a ban for a similar ad

You have to do it right from the start

Well, what else could it be for? There aren't any key differences. The theme is the same.

Obviously, you have to do it right away. But knowledge is not always present in the mind by default.
