External link to Viber-bot. I need a link to promote the bot in Facebook Ads to subscribe after switching from ads. The problem is that when you click on the copied link "This account does not exist or has been removed"

Did the link work before?

Links come like this: https://viber.com/id_of_public and such https://chats.viber.com/id_of_public and these: viber:/public?id=id_of_public . But links of the first two types may not work for all publishers, unlike the latter. Despite the fact that when you select "share," Viber generates a link of the first type (often unworkable).

I should add that the viber:/ links only work if you have the Viber app installed.

Before, I do not know, we have developed a bot, now we think how to promote it. I have not faced with promoting channels and bots in Vyber before, so I do not know.

There is a link from the platform on which the bot was made, but in this version of the transition to the application passes through the padding "Join"

Advertising only on phones, but the standard link through the share does not work with the PC that with the phone with the installed application.

Thank you for your reply.

ZtS199 But to be honest, I don't know why links through the site don't work for everyone. It seems that it wasn't like that before. But on the whole, Viber in Russia is not very popular with either users or businesses, so I have little idea about what has been going on there lately. It is rumored to be doing a little better in Belarus and Ukraine.

I'd suggest trying to make a link with a landing (and you can redirect in a few seconds), which would lead to viber:/. Right now the in-house chats.viber.com/robokassa_help I'd suggest trying to make a link with a landing (and you can redirect in a few seconds), which would lead to viber:/. Right now the in-house

As for the promotion of chat bots, more promising looks Telegram (where links are all good) and WhatsApp (where also good links, but alas paid business only or cheap, illegal and risky).

And links like viber:/public?id=id_of_public through viber:/ do not meet the standards (fb and google)

No one has forbidden to create and use! Just a minilanding page as in the TV and search for "INTEREST" is not available to us.

And there's no problem with the links. We'll do it ourselves.

ZtS199 By the way, here was a question on the subject Viber banned mere mortals from posting bots?

Greetings! What prevents you from making the link https?
With the redirect (php or js) sewn in, open the source code below! Both Facebook and VK accept them

Denis BotViber Well, that's what I was talking about, to show the page from which to redirect.
