How do I stylize the input range?

Hello, everyone!
Can you suggest a plugin or how to stylize the input range that would fix the progress in 4 positions.

I would remove the native stripe. I would draw a nice one in the background.
And then max=3 step="1".

Ideally set input min="0", max="100", step="25".
For external styling, look up input type range pseudo element properties in the search engine. If I'm not mistaken, they are different for different browsers.
