Will the network work if there are more than 200 meters between the outermost points, separated by 4 dumb switches in sections of 50 meters long?

Hello!
Will the network work if there are more than 200 meters between the end points, separated by 4 blunt switches, sections of 50 meters long? The network is being built for video surveillance (8 cameras) and IP telephony (5 phones).

Yes, your circuit will work. The second pair is standard at 100m. Depending on the equipment and cable quality will work over longer distances.
Why not use optics? With so much intermediate equipment of unclear quality you reduce the reliability of the system.
