Good afternoon!

I previously asked Question that the computer does not turn off completely and then does not turn on by simply pressing the power button.
We checked the hardware. It's fine. Drivers reinstalled.

Now there is a second problem: The computer does not turn on from hibernation mode. At the same time in the power settings in both items: turn off the display and put the computer into hibernation mode put never. And it still manages to go to sleep mode after about 10-15 minutes of inactivity and then does not respond in any way. I have to forcibly turn it off and on again.

Where to dig?

Apparently, this is not a hibernation mode. The computer is freezing. I think you should check the RAM and the graphics card.

Danny Arty I assumed that the software part had already been checked. Well, if the computer is idle, it is unlikely that the software is to blame. If there is a chance that the software is to blame, the easiest thing to do is to take another hard drive and install a clean Windows from MS site and check it. Or boot from flash drive with WinPE.

MichaTronic We checked, everything was normal. Do you think it's unlikely it's a software problem, but rather a hardware problem?

Did you check the power supply? The motherboard could also be a problem
by
Danny Arty try to connect all the components to another motherboard, and run, or the same only with the power supply, it may be that some transistor on the motherboard just not work and this happens, there is always a percentage of defects
by
That's the funny thing, all the hardware is new
by
Danny Arty ,
The problem was in the software
I wrote you about it... the comment is deleted apparently, and in general I thought you checked all the drivers and software by default - because this is the most primitive, so hypothetically my answer is very valuable
by
Danny Arty , Hello, why is my answer still not marked with a decision ?
by
Dusha Metelkin ahah, because this is not the solution) the problem was in one software - uninstalled, cleaned the registry and all is well.
by
Dusha Metelkin It's not a solution in this case.
by
Dusha Metelkin I've checked everything, that's the thing. Just certainly did not think that the mfu software will sin

Danny Arty bro, when will you mark your answer with a decision?
