arrow_back Why does the error The specified deps.json does not exist?

Question

Good afternoon! When entering the command to create EntityFrameworkCore\Add-Migration Initial, the specified deps.json [C:\Users\XXX\source\repos\Shop\Shop\Shop.deps.json] does not exist. Using Visual studio 2019 16.7.7, Net Core 3.1.
p.s The application was tested on another machine and no such errors occurred...
